Earning immense popularity by playing significant role in globally illustrious multi-lingual Indian movie ‘Bahubali’. Rana Daggubati is gearing up for his next venture. The south Indian actor has been signed in for leading role in upcoming movie ‘Haathi Mere Saathi’.
This is not the first time for Daggubati to render prominent role in Hindi films. The actor has been seen in major role in Bollywood movie ‘Baby’, which also features Akshay Kumar and veteran actor Anupam Kher in leading characters.
Famous production company ‘Eros International’ made an official announcement about the film. According to the company’s revealment, the celluloid will go on floors in January 2018.
Revealing more details about the movie, filmmakers also told that the movie will hit screens on the occasion of holy Hindi festival ‘Diwali’ next year. The celluloid will be directed by renowned filmmaker Prabhu Solomon.
While talking to media, filmmakers also told that the movie will be shot in three different languages – Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. The film’s shooting will begin in Thailand. Apart from the foreign countries, shooting schedule of the film also includes some locations in India.
Interacting with media, Rana Daggubati shared his views on the film and said that the character which he would be playing in the movie is quite different from the characters which he has played in his previous films.
